This place is a trailer with a drive-thru and some outdoor seating. The staff is incredibly friendly. (I lived in Texas for 3 years and traveled all over Texas trying different BBQ places, so I have some credibility when it comes to this BBQ review.) While this place wasn't *the best* BBQ place I've ever eaten at, it was certainly up there in my top ten. Personally, I care more about the quality of the meat than the actual sauces, and this place has some really great quality brisket. You can just tell it's super fresh. The sausage was meh for me though. Mostly, because it was a little too greasy for my taste, but some people love that. Overall, it's a great little BBQ place. A hidden gem.
One word: Authentic! We're from Texas where we serve BBQ at all major events so we went looking for real Memphis BBQ - bullseye!
I visited this location about a month ago with a friend. Being a vegetarian at a BBQ place was obviously not the best, I had a few sides for a meal there were great. Today the same fellow was working and called out to me. He remembered who I was and informed me that since my last visit he had purchased black bean burgers and gluten free buns. I was so excited to try it and I was not disappointed! Not a traditional place to get a veggie burger but worth it to try! I don't usually write reviews but the man there made my day and I just had to share.
A great place to visit for excellent food and fast friendly service! One of the best brisket sandwiches where the meat is the star attraction. One complaint, sandwich has more meat than the oversized bun can handle, also need more napkins! 2 Thumbs up!!
So good, one of my favorite BBQ places in tn! For what it is it's fairly priced I'd even say inexpensive. The young man Zach behind the register was handsome and charming I'd like to set my granddaughter up with him! Great place I'll surely tell a friend
