The Beef bulgogi is delicious! The service is usually good too. Great place to grab lunch if you’re in a rush in the downtown area. You get a nice size portion for the price too.
I was very happy to find this place! The bibimbap was delicious. You get a generous portion at a good price. The veggies are all fresh and seasoned well. The egg was cooked perfectly. I could do with less lettuce and more spice in the sauce. I would love to try the sushi next time. The lunch deals on sushi were great. Between 7-12 dollars for 2 rolls (depending on if you choose regular or specialty) and it includes soup or salad. There is no seating in the place so it's best for takeout. On nice days, there is seating outside in the arcade.
This is one of my favorite places to eat on my lunch break. The line is frequently to the door because of how wonderful is! The sushi is very tasty and affordable and regardless on how long the line is, you can usually get in and out rather quickly. I definitely recommend trying it out!
I don't think I've ever had "real" sushi but I love sushi rolls, and the ones from Jimbos always taste great! For a low price you can get 2 small rolls (I recommend the crunchy rolls) and soup or salad. The thing that puts it over the top for me are how sweet this couple is. The nicest owners ever!!! Love it!!
Great sushi at a price you wouldn't expect! Seriously, the lunch combo is an amazing deal, two rolls of sushi AND a soup/salad for only 8.50? I go to this place every chance I get, by far my favorite place in Arcade Alley.
Fantastic sushi for a great price! Super friendly staff. Great stop for a lunch break, grab your food which is made when you order so be patient and then grab a table in the arcade and enjoy!
One of the best places to get sushi delivered in the downtown area. The prices for their specialty rolls are great, and the freshness of the food is fantastic. If you can walk to the arcarde, even better.
Great Place for Sushi and some Korean food. Quality sushi rolls and Korean food at affordable price. Fast to go order for those who have short lunch time~~!

I've gone to Jimbo's at least once a week every since I discovered this gem a few months ago, the food tastes great, its at a great price, and the owners are always in a fantastic mood and happily and enthusiastically greet everyone who enters their door. Now there isn't a lot of room for sitting down and eating there but they're located in the Arcade so there is no surprise there. I am in fact currently eating Jimbo's and after getting two spicy crab rolls (my personal favorite) and 3 pieces of Mandu as well as a salad the price was just $11 before tip. Which in my opinion cannot be beaten.
I'll continue making Jimbo's a regular visit during my time in downtown Nashville for as long as they are there or as long as I work within walking distance. Also, they offer a sample of their "All in Roll" which is an incredible combination of flavors, but just have fair warning, the pieces you get are nearly three times the size of what they sample.
This is a very cramped (read: takeout only) sushi and Thai joint in the arcade. The lunch specials are reasonably priced and all include a soup or salad. The food is quality, but the preparation can take time when the lunch rush hits as the food is prepared by two people. Worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood (or if you've been kicked out of Sam's).
