Very nice wait staff and hostess. Charming decor, Brussel sprout appetizer is to die for. Homemade pappadelli with brisket is a winner. Fish is excellent. Our waiter was very well versed in his wine selections. Bread pudding a fantastic end to great meal with close friends. I hear the pizza rocks too.
The oyster mushroom, sausage pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. My wife who doesn't like mushrooms had a piece and said it was the best thing she had ever tasted (and she lovd the salmon she ordered). And our waitress was the best!!

Mezza is nestled cozily between a few other buildings and, I admit it took me awhile to try it for myself, and boy do I regret not trying Mezza sooner!
My Boyfriend and I sat in the formal dining area instead of the more casual bar/lounge/front room where they had live music playing and seemed like a lot of fun! Our choice of seating was a bit more intimate so it was perfect for our date night! The serving staff was kind and knowledgable about the entire menu, which was helpful since a lot of the menu items are in genuine Italian terms I was nt familiar with. While youre choosing and waiting for your meal, they offered flat or sparkling water, a long list of Wines and other spirits, and delicious fresh-baked bread with oil! My boyfriend ordered the mayport shrimp pizza and I chose the Faroe Islands Salmon which was DELICIOUS!
We both enjoyed our meals and then treated ourselves with a piece of toffee crunch cake which turned out to be quite a generous portion of a decadent cake that it turns out is HOMEMADE by the owner's wife! How lovely!
Mezza Restaurant and Bar is the perfect choice for a nice, formal dinner or even just to stop in for some wine and dessert...Love it, WILL be back again!
