I had 10 loaded into my dd perks app. When I pulled up the app in their parking lot...no money in my account. They also don't offer blended on the menu, which is what I originally wanted. I'm giving stars simply because they have more sugar free flavors than certain other coffee shops. Hazelnut, toasted almond, coconut, vanilla, blueberry, raspberry are the sf flavors currently offered at Charlestown Rd new Albany Indiana location.

I visited again on National Doughnut Day...the smiley, happy guy in the toboggan is working again...sending out good vibes to start my day! When he is there service is exceptional...your order is taken, you go to the window and zoom you're gone...no more long lines. Oh and i love the little dip stick plug for my coffee (see picture)...no more fighting with that darn flip top. What a great way to start the day!

This place has a bunch of people from a different country working there that can barely speak English. After waiting for about 5 min while a woman was putting donuts up she finally asks if I need something then says I have to do to other end to order then I get down there and they say I have to go back where I came from then I try to order what I normally do but she don't understand what I'm saying. I won't go there again

Service is usually pretty good but drinks are semi sub par for dunkin standards

Not impressed with their donuts any more. Seems they are really focused on coffee. Donuts are stale. What donut shop doesn’t have maple bars?

Average Dunkin restaurant, meaning excellent drinks, breakfast sandwiches, donuts but service and accuracy can be (mostly) hit or miss. I'd recommend people try ordering on the app, since we switched to that we haven't had an order messed up once. Eliminates any miscommucation over a speaker.

Sometimes you can get a great drink and sometimes... its just okay. I usually order on the app and then pickup and there have been a few times where an item might be out but they always try their best to recommend an alternative or provide a sub(and sometimes even an extra )

I don’t live in this area but close enough to make a trip every once in a while, which i do because dunkin is my favorite place to get coffee. every single time i’ve come i have had just an awful experience. the workers are never nice, they always make me feel rushed to order and just seem so annoyed that i am even there. i went today and tried to order a donut, they didn’t have that one, so i order a different one, they don’t have the one either. i finally get to one they do have and ask for it. My boyfriend then tries to order one they don’t have and the person taking the order clearly huffs and yells rudely, “we don’t have that one either!!” So i say rudely back “ well can you just tell me the ones you do have then?” and he lists off 3 donuts out of the 8 or so they offer. As if I am supposed to know they’re out. I finally get my order done and get to the window & a nice kid takes my payment. I can see the person who took my order behind him rudely arguing with a customer ordering over the headset. He was a younger small boy with curly blonde hair who looked like he was only 14. Whoever he is he definitely doesn’t need to be working in a customer facing job. I understand having bad days, i’ve worked in customer service for a long time and i’ve experienced nightmare customers. That was not me today. I was nice & simply trying to order what i wanted. This boy was angry and rude the entire time i was there, even to other customers. Like i said at first, i’ve never really had a good experience here, the employees always seem annoyed with me or just angry in general but today was the worst it’s ever been.
Oh, my coffee was also wrong but i didn’t even care to go back at that point.
