I respect the fact they stay staffed even though there are plenty of young folks staying home. They always smile and have a polite demeanor. I've had many conversations with their staff and I enjoy stopping there. The food is consistent.
Food was not warm. Order was correct. 2 stars because the older woman working there today at 1:50 was busting her butt doing everything. Other 2 zombies were not. Don't know who she is but she was nice and polite. Give her a raise before someone else steals her away. Or make her the general manager.
Been here a few times for lunch. Soggy bread, each time I ask for extra BBQ on my sandwich they put just the regular amount. I'm guessing they're so fast because they're pre making everything and they're popping it in the microwave. Foods trash. Def not a normal bk
Staff didn't really greet us, they barely said two words to us, my Ch'King sandwich didn't have topping, but the whopper was amazing. It was probably one of the best whoppers I've had.
I have tried this Burger King different year different time and it has not changed....my two different burgers were cold buns ad cheese not even melted.... I hate to do this but it was $10 something and the lady at the window was nice...... that was about it......

I normally drive to Polaris or Delaware because the food is fresh and service is great. I decided to give the New Albany BK another chance as I live 3 minutes away.
