The bad news is I am now addicted to the biscuits and gravy which isn't on my diet! Great food, great cook, great service. A must on your dining experience

You will not be disapointed. The true mid-west mid-century small town diner experience.
Colony house has been a Mom 'n Pop business forever.
Excellent quality food slapped on a plate.
Generous portions, good selection on the menu. Decor is definitely mid-century
Not much in New Haven to choose from, kinda blink and miss place, that said if you are hungry and want honest- to-goodness all American mid-west food, this IS the place...
