My favorite place for delicious and cheap To-Go Chinese food! It's a hidden gem, but they're still open! For pickup orders only! The owner literally runs everything on her own! So you call in and place your order, then she texts you when it's ready for pickup. Huge portions, great prices, and truly delicious! 🤤

Take out only. Ordered a chicken and pork ban mi (Vietnamese sandwich). Ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Price was very reasonable. Highly reccomend.

Totally enjoyed this restaurant, the food was excellent and the owner, Bau, came and sat with us and told us stories of the French Quarter. Everything was very reasonably priced. Don’t pass this place up!

LOVE China Moon Wok. They are sooooo friendly and fast (pickup only I’m pretty sure…). I love their veggie fresh soft spring rolls and tofu and rice and cabbage salad. Highly recommend for a quick, tasty, and reasonably priced, lunch or dinner in the FQ!

Moon Wok is my favorite spot in the Quarter for lunch! I work in the Quarter and I just check their instagram to see if they are open since its a one woman show. If they are, I call it in and pick it up super quick! The prices and portions are unbeatable! She is amazing at what she does!

Best chinese in town, don't care what anyone else says. Cheap, big portions, and tasty. What more could you ask for? I walk 20 mins to get this chinese food every time because it is WORTH it. Their eggrolls are huge (extra crispy, if you like that, cuz I do), and their tofu dishes come with lots of veggies, which is strangely not the norm in other restaurants. The staff is kind and hard-working.

This is a great family owned business with authentic food. K.T., Hang and their brother run this business and learned from their mother who recently passed. They have spruced up and painted their 200 to 300 yr old building which exudes the character of the french quarter. The food is excellent, i said excellent and it comes with a smile. I have been traveling here and eating at moon wok for years. My daughter who lives in NOLA now is a frequent flyer at moon wok. The charcoal pork chop dinner is excellent and very reasonable. Actually you cant go wrong eating here especially if you want to pay what food should cost and not the jacked up tourist prices. Love Moon Wok!!

My friend and I ate at China Moon Wok Restaurant and the food was delicious! The waitress had great customer service! My friend ordered the Sesame chicken, and I ordered the Sweet and Sour chicken. We both enjoyed eating our food. I highly recommend eating at China Moon Wok!

Reading the reviews before arriving was a bit scary, needless to say, but the food was ok. I ordered the vegetarian low mein but there wasn’t much soup in it. The noodle flavor was decent but the broccoli and tofu tasted a bit off. Although, the staff were kind and made sure to ask how you were doing. Just take an extra look if you order meat.
