There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! She has been gentle and kind to her customers. Not one complaint from her was heard. With eight customers in the lobby and six cars in the drive-thru, Ms. Constance deserves a medal, a vacation, and a raise. Thank you Ms. Constance for reinstating my faith in valuable customer service. Each time I walk into this Burger King location and you are working, I know everything will go well!

Customer service was great! Me and a friend weren't sure if we could go in until we saw a guy walk out of there. So we went in and my friend had the coupon sheet. The employee said a joke like oo oh he brought the whole sheet. We All got a good laugh! 😂 The employees took our order immediately and made it right the 1st time! The coupon was 2 whopper combos (hamburgers, fries AND drink) for I like $10! To top it all off the food was GREAT! Great experience and food! Win-Win

This was my first time eating lunch at Burger King in a very long time and it didn't disappoint. I don't know if it's because Chick fil a is next door but the sandwich was good and the fries were hot. I'm definitely going back. Hopefully they don't disappoint me.
