We loved Butter!!! The veal bacon was truly unique and amazing. Similar to pork belly but more meaty and well seasoned. We’re big fans of Alex Guarnaschelli & our waitress says she still comes by a couple times per week to ensure quality. If I had to suggest any improvements it would be to provide more butter with the rolls (the restaurant is called Butter after all) and don’t hide the beautiful beef Wellington with garnishes in the middle. Overall we had a fantastic experience & would come back in a heartbeat!

Service is good. Parkerhouse rolls, veal bacon, Mac & cheese, beef Wellington, all great. Octopus overcooked. Lamb sausage pasta, so so. Lobster tortellini, not very fresh, fishy taste. Thank you for another memorable dinner, 7 years later. Not easy to have a restaurant in midtown, where can still hold up to the favor, service, and customers.

Pork chop is way too good here. I don't usually like pork chops because it's dry and tough. Chefs at Butter cooks pork chops perfectly. So smoky, tender, and juicy! The flavor is just amazing! 😍
