This place is amazing. I'm vegan, but more to the point, I eat extremely low-sodium and now have a miniscule tolerance to salt; as such, dining out is nearly impossible for me at well over 90% of restaurants, and fruit and a few raw vegan salads are all I can have at most of the remaining 10%. ABCV and Tim Ferrell took care of me with alterations to three different dishes. This was the most food I've been able to have in a restaurant in two years. This is going to be my top dining destination in NYC from now on.

Great vegan options that make no attempt to resemble other types of food ( e.g.: soy chicken). Vegetables appear undisguised and couldn't be better. Wood burning stove brings unique flavor to some dishes. Everything is near-perfect and above and beyond any other vegan restaurant. However, there is one major problem. The loud noise detracts from the eating experience. I couldn't wait to get out because of the noise. There are a number of tables outside though which negates this unpleasant situation.
