Idk what half of y’all have against dunkin but suck it up just because it isn’t a Starbucks doesn’t mean you have to go and hate on it ok yeah they do mess up occasionally but they are human they aren’t machines people mess up sometimes and y’all just need to learn how to deal with that but I know I’m about to get a shit ton of replies because people can’t handle the truth and they get salty but hell suck it up and face the facts I know as well as you do they don’t mess up your coffee everytime you order from there and if they do then just go to another one because there is a Dunkin’ Donuts In like every other town so just go there... anyways I give them five stars without Dunkin I wouldn’t be able to function throughout the day

The good is that they are consistent with the product results. They are well trained in how to make a consistent product. I've ordered a variety of the drinks offered from latte's to refreshers and the drinks they deliver are constantly good. They are probably the most consistent and best at making drinks in the Berkshires. So what I'm going to say next is why I took a star away. I wish some of the morning staff would be friendlier. Once you do talk to them they are friendly but they definitely need to work on the facial expressions because they look miserable. So it throws the good vibes off but I will give them credit that they are friendly when they are speaking to you.

Delicious coffee! I needed a pick me up since I literally hadn't slept in over 25 hours. We decided to drive through Dunkin Donuts 🍩. It was fast, ez, clean, with absolutely DE-LISHOUS Coffee! 💯! I asked for cream & Splenda. I'm glad that I looked at the screen. It said •3 cream •3 splenda! Can u imagine having THREE Splenda? YIKES! 😃😅. It was an honest mistake. I told her b4 she made it, she adjusted the order & it came out absolutely perfect 🥰. BTW, I bought a medium coffee for about $3. It was quite small yet hot & so tasty! Mmm. It did the trick. The coffee woke me up for the 40 min ride home then for another hour after that. If you ask me, that was worth every bit of $3 😃😁 🌈🌟
