I'm a fan of Zaxby's but this particular location didn't quite line up to my expectations. The food was excellent but not the service, or the environment. The interior was dirty, with food and debris on the floor and tables. I wasn't given a fork (was I expected to eat coleslaw with my fingers?) and the server was more interested in stashing the milkshake someone brought him than providing good service. Fortunately the meal was very tasty.

The food was prepared quickly and was fresh when we received it. The food was hot and relatively tasty. One negative about the meal, The fries were not fried good though. They were soggy and not fried all the way. They still tasted raw. Otherwise the food was good.

I can't complain. It was pretty great. They initially messed up my order of 5 chicken fingers but when I had them fixed it, they did and gave me extra toast and sauce. Great food as per usual

I can't speak for everyone else, but my experience with Zazby's food, service, and atmosphere has always been great. We love dining in. The quietness lets you enjoy your food in peace. I recommend trying all of the dishes. You won't regret it!!!!

Food is always hot. I always check my food to make sure it’s hot and my salads to make sure leafs are fresh too. If anything is wrong they have no problem replacing it!🙂
