Every time I come my food is hot and fresh, they have never messed up an order for me and it is my favorite burger joint. With so many topping options they blow five guys out of the water. The burgers are huge, never greasy, and always worth every penny. If you complain about the price you might as well just go to Burger King because it's really not expensive, because you obviously cant afford quality food. Compared to burgers at any other restaurants, it's pretty fairly priced. Love this place, I always recommend to friends and will always come back for more!!!

Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this burger place. Definitely didn't leave disappointed... this place is better than a Five Guys, which is down the street. Friendly staff, fresh topping on a great burger and fiesta fries. I was skeptical about the fried, but they were great.

Highly recommend. Best NEO burger I’ve had since Akron’s Metro Burger closed. Can’t beat hand pressed, magnificently seasoned patties, buns baked in-house, and fresh cut French Fries. If I didn’t live alllll the way in Akron, I’d be a regular here. Maybe open an Akron location! (As an Akron native, Swenson’s is where it’s at but Swenson’s is a different kind of experience.)
