They take a little longer but our food has always been made to order. Look on the menu closely for the 3 $5 meal deals. Quick location just south of I-80. Nice employees. I've only been in drive thru. (The connected gas station has the cheapest gas in town but go to the labeled pumps for the advertised price.)

The only reason we stopped was because my son loves Jurassic World and they had toys. The guy behind the counter said they were out. I asked for only ketchup on the children's cheeseburger and it had mustard. All 3 meals were served with cold fries.

Experience was depressing. Went at 930 on a Friday night. Menu lights were not on and it was dark. I had asked if there was menu lights to which they said they didn't have it, then after I pulled forward with family another customer pulls up to the drive thru and suddenly the menu lights up. š after receiving my food I drove around to clarify, the menu that was not lit up, was now lit up with a robot voice saying sorry we are closed.
Tried to order jalenpeno popper bites and othe rmenu items to hear sorry we are out, which is cool if they are but with how cold my brothers fries were my bet is they closed early because they had other plans. Whichever, their plan was, it ruined my experience with hardys and do not feel the necessary need to return.
Customer service is #1 in my book and that was just a fat guy waddling backwards.

I just ordered a famous star at 3:45 pm on a Tuesday. My bun was hard and then fries were very stale. I should have drove right back but didnt. I gave the hamburger meat to the dogs and threw the rest. I do remember years ago when your food was fresh and hot. No one seems to care anymore how the food is served....shame on you

The lady at the drive-thru has a amazing voice. Great to hear a warm welcoming voice in the morning. The coffee was fresh and hot. And the hash browns were fresh and perfectly cooked.

This is the only Hardee/Carl's location in the country ( that I know of), that has the ENTIRE MENU FROM BOTH RESTAURANTS, including the mushroom swiss burger, My favorite, readily available and either eat in or take out.the store next to it has many of My favorite things, and somewhat cheaper than other places.

.service was slow as hell young kids standing around the food was all cold and the young girl could not get the drive thru window open! Never again I miles eat burger King for that matter that shot is Nasty to!!
