Fitzwillys is one of my go-to restaurants when I come back to Western Mass to visit my family. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food was pretty good as well. I’ll definitely be back!

I believe the servers name was Sophie or Sophia. She was excellent. None of that fake scripted monotone customer service you get at many places. She was genuinely nice and a great server. She checked in on us regularly. The manager Jonathan also came over to see how things were. Food was delicious as well. The appetizer Garlic bread with gargonzloa sauce was the best.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Fitzwillys this Columbus Day weekend and they went above and beyond to make our dinner go smoothly! Our server Tara was an absolute angel- and once she heard that we had returned to Fitzwillys for our rehearsal dinner after having our first date there years ago, she was committed to making our night perfect! Our other server was amazing as well- though I forgot her name (apologies!). The night went by so smoothly and all our friends and family were so impressed with the food and service! I would absolutely recommend Fitzwillys to anyone!
