I have loved these luscious pastries at my Bartlett/22nd Street Mission Community Market (Thurs. 4-8pm) for many years, even before I became gluten intolerant. No compromise in flavor - they are all tempting, richly flavored moist combinations, excellent ingredients. The tortes are flourless Guittard chocolate (I get one of these every single week), but others are Linzer, Rustic Orange, Lemon Coconut, pumpkin with butter frosting (plus loaves of pumpkin bread - so good). I also like their ginger cookies and cake bars. (...okay, I LOVE all of their offerings!) At Christmas time, I ordered three 6" cakes and my hosts were equally impressed. When Bartlett is closed for the winter, I buy from Crocker Galleria venue on Thursday mornings (10-2pm year-round). As to GF breads, my favorite from them is a teff-chia dark round sliced loaf. It is flavorful, moist, great when toasted. Dion and his wife/partner in Novato have such dedication to maintaining the quality and creativity. I am very happy to have discovered this high end bakery within reach each week. They also take phone orders for pickup at the farmers' markets. Most convenient. Thank you to the owners and staff!!!

Being gluten and dairy free is generally a chore, but it was so easy to find items I have not been able to have in quite a long time. The bagels are so so good. The lady working when I went in yesterday was incredibly friendly and helpful. I love that you make sandwiches; I will have to get one next time.

Have only tried 3 items so far, the chocolate little cake was one of the best chocolate desserts I’ve ever had ever, anywhere, ever. To. Die. For. So psyched to have discovered at the Farmers Market today, can’t wait for my next visit. �
