Sometimes you have to go slow and you have to make sure they understand what you're ordering or you're going to get your order given to you incorrect so be patient take your time and they will get a correct it's always fresh I've never had anything that was not prepared correctly as long as you walked in through it the food is great they generally are very nice sometimes not as fast as I would like but they're nice the food is good so as far as I'm concerned that's a homerun I can wait a few more seconds to get everything correct do not push these folks do not get in a hurry because you're just going to slow the process down just be patient and you will appreciate the nice service and your food will be good I always had extra chicken to anything I'm getting and they don't skip they put plenty of extra Chicken on there so I'm extremely happy camper

Of all the restaurants of this kind (what I would call a chain americanized mexican restaurant where you build your own plate), Qdoba is definitely the best. You also get the best deal for your buck in terms of taste, quality ingredients and of course quantity. The fire grilled style meats are pretty remarkable too!

This place is only ok if you dine in. Forget about it if you order catering or do a pickup order. They NEVER get it right and they they’re very unlikely to help you out at all other than make you drive back there to pick up the items that you paid for that they forgot. No apology. No discount, extras or refund due to the inconvenience. In fact the manager is argumentative. Unbelievable! Stay away.

I placed a curbside order on the Qdoba app for the first time today. That was a mistake I won’t be making again! When I arrived to the location, I called the number to let them know I was outside. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up. I thought maybe I made a mistake typing the number...I didn’t. I called the number again and once again it rang and rang. Finally, someone picks up on the other end and asks the name for my order. She proceeds to tell me my order will be out when it’s ready. I sat there confused because at this point, it’s already 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Still, I wait patiently. I see several people go in and out of the restaurant with their orders. Still no one comes with mine. I decide to follow up in person and go inside. I walk in to see not one customer in the order line and the entire staff standing around. One reluctantly asks if she can help me. I let her know I had called and had been waiting for my order outside. They locate my order and offer no apology for the wait what-so-ever. Then, the male who hands me my order with VERY obvious sarcasm tells me to have a great weekend. I previously Googled the location to find the number, so I pull it back up on my phone to see another customer had a similar experience a month ago. Clearly the issue has not been resolved, despite the previous complaint, so I will not be going back there again.
