Domino's Pizza Oakwood

I know it's not the most gourmet pizza you can get, but dominoes in Oakwood will always have my business! Last week we ordered our typical cheese pizza… We've never had a problem with Domino's before, they are always fast, Fairly priced, and our order is always correct. But last week when I got my pizza, it was cold and all the cheese had come off the pizza and into the box. We are not typically the type to write up a complaint but this Prego mama was really looking forward to that cheese pizza. So I sent a complaint, including a picture, to the corporate office. Within 15 minutes I had a response saying they would forward my email to the manager of the locally owned dominos. Within 24 hours I had a response from the manager of the Oakwood Domino's profusely apologizing and saying that this quality was unacceptable. He offered to replace that pizza and include a dessert and a 2 L drink. Today I called to cash in on that request and they could not find the credit under either one of my phone numbers, they didn't question anything and offered me the deal just based on my word(Which was awesome enough), but when I added a second pizza and tried to pay for it they refused to let me and said the entire order was free. That is some really awesome customer service, and they will always have my business!

First time ordering from the new Domino's. I gave my order online was little early arriving there so I sat down inside and waited. Was a nice atmosphere inside as the employees prepared the pizzas , took orders etc. I was surprised when the employee came out and had my pizzas read. Very fast service. The pizza was good but it could have used a little more sauce. But overall it was a very good pizza.
