This was my first time here on a recommendation of a friend who is also a professional chef. Excellent food. Had the Temptation sushi roll. It's pretty solid. I ordered the Shrimp yoki saba. The shrimp were perfectly cooked. Great flavors in the noodles. My wife had the Orange chicken and was equally satisfied. With to we were out at around $75.

Looking for a nice place to get sushi, we came across EDO Sushi and steak Bar. From the beginning our experience was great, our waiter was awesome! He was super nice and got us our drinks and appetizers very quickly. Service was on point. The seaweed salad was really good, the Gyoza, avocado bowl and wasabi tuna are a most try! We ended getting sushi rolls the Volcano roll (which to our surprise came out with an upside down mini cup flaming hot for a visual appeal) and Fujiyama roll which were delish. The chicken fried rice was very tasty as well. We will for sure come and visit again soon.

I went in having low expectations (I've tried SO many hibachi places around here, and they all have been disappointing) but this one ended up actually being very good! Our server was really nice too. I ordered the chicken and steak teriyaki, and asked for it to be spicy! It was better then expected! I will definitely be back. Edit to add: went back a second time with my husband and it was even better then the first! New favorite restaurant in not just Ocala but in Florida!
