Used the Jersey Mike's app to order the food. The first time after ordering everything the app froze at the payment section. Had to start from the beginning and reorder everything one more time. This time it worked; so I thought. Sandwiches were ready in 13 minutes. Open the bag and it wasn't what I ordered. Still ate half of our Sandwiches and I took the rest back to the restaurant. Spoke with the manager and showed him my receipt, and with out hesitation he said let me get two new Sandwiches. I was very pleased by his response and this time the food was prepared as I wanted. There was a problem with the app, that was the first time that has ever happened. I was given two new Sandwiches and was on my way in 20 minutes. Five stars for customer service and satisfaction. I was a bit worried how this was going to play out, but Jersey Mike's was the best. They value the customer and that was obvious with the kindness and professionalism show to me that day. As for the food, it was excellent and prepared to my liking.
Once again I find myself back at Jersey Mikes for the sheer fact there sando’s are always tasty, From start to finish one of there employees specifically “OTTO” crushed it on every aspect of customer service plus this is one of the best ones I’ve had over there!! Dude needs a raise 100%

Offers a large selection of freshly made-to-order sandwiches. Parking is behind the restaurant. The prices may be a bit high, but it's worth it for the quality.
The selection is quite good and offers very different flavors. The slushies are refreshing. Alright Winery overall
