This Chipotle Grill gets five stars because it is exactly like every other one, if anything was different about it it would likely be a bad thing. This one is located in the target/ big lots shopping center but opposite them adjacent to McDonald's. There is ample well lit parking. Located just off the 76 on College it is easy to get to. Due to Covid they had limited seating which is to be expected. The store was clean and well lit and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The lady who served us was nice. However, the establishment was pretty dirty: as in the floors were littered with dropped food and trash. And the table tops were not wiped down or kept clean. All of them were dirty.
As we went thru the line I could see employees who should have been working; on their phones instead (of cleaning or doing prep work).
The food was decent. The store seemed to remain fairly busy but not so busy that cleaning could not be preformed.
Not sure how soon I will be back. Each time I go here it is for my son who does not pay attention to these details.
Fresh fresh fresh.. I love this chipotle. The team works really hard at pleasing the customers and I know that they work really hard … restaurants are not slow paced easy jobs!! Thank you Chipotle for making your customers happy
