Went to this place based on recommendations from office colleagues. Had a good experience , we ordered egg fried rice ($12) , egg or veg fried rice both were same priced, chili chicken ($12) and goat biriyani ($15) . We wanted everything as spicy , fried rice was flavorful, the heat was mainly due to black peppers , goat biriyani was also decent, it came with an egg too 🙂Enough quantity , we had to box some which we could not finish.

Feels like a diner but the food is good. Pakora and samosas stood out - eggplant dishes were great. Service was OK - they weren’t clear on vegan.

We are big fans of Indian food. Persis offers an incredible assortment of Indian dishes. Not just the "usual" stuff but things I, as an American, have never seen or tasted. What a wonderful adventure and place to bring a group for bite sharing! Fantastic staff. Beautiful environment. Generous portions.

Most flavorful Indian restaurant in the GR-Lansing area. Biryani is top class, fried rice is amazing, pongal is finger licking good. Second time to this place even though an hour away from Grand rapids. Will comeback again for sure.
