Ok, I know the owner (just met him today, a friend of my mom) so stopped by today to try the fries. These were really the best fries I've ever enjoyed. Crispy outside, smooth and sweet inside balanced with a drizzle of vinegar and a scant bit of salt, if you're in the area, these fries won't disappoint. The process was interesting too. Fresh cut, soaked in cold water, drained, fried, drained again, then flash fried at a higher oil temperature. I've become a French fry connoisseur . You won't be disappointed in these fries, but I will never go back to meh fries.

Pier. Some of the best fries I've ever tasted in my life. And I consider myself to be somewhat of a fry enthusiast.
