Consistency is the key. Lemongrass doesn't let you down. What appears to be an older building from the outside is a hidden gem filled with amazing food. I've been to Tumwater and Lacey locations and their food is consistent between both sites. Today I went with my family and a friend. We ordered Yellow Curry, Pad Thai, Thai Fried rice, and egg rolls. The egg rolls were a perfect appetizer to start with. Cook to perfection, the crisp was amazing. They were served with a tasty sauce for dipping. The curry was served with white rice, and is the best curry I've ever tasted. Perfect flavoring. Pad Thai was also a very good dish, it does have nuts but it complimented the flavor perfectly. Lastly, the Thai Fried rice we ordered with beef and was to die for! If you're looking for some amazing eats, drop by! I'm adding photos from our visit. Excited to find this treasure so close to home! Ambience is chic but not stuffy. Food was excellent - fresh and perfectly cooked shellfish in a coconut based sauce that was supreme. Service was friendly and attentive. Good prices for highest quality. Will be back for sure.

The food took forever to come out but the waitress was really friendly and helpful. The wine was deliciously amazing ! The food was well worth the wait, it was absolutely filling and right on point! Most definitely coming back again!
