The food was good. I've never had in n out before. Don't have it on east coast. It was packed. They had a large staff that all seemed to be working really hard together. I guess in the beehive state you should expect that. Super friendly staff also. Service was fairly quick especially considering how crowded it was inside and out. No pun intended
The fries are ok, the burgers are AWESOME! we ordered like 60 shakes and we are still waiting for the rest to come. Eating the shakes with straws as chopsticks is the best method. Also, free car show in the parking lot. Highly recommend.
Exceptional service and experience every time. Burgers are always tasty and hot, and I’m personally a fan of the fries as well.
Wanted to take a second and give Avery a shoutout. This afternoon in the dining room he really went above and beyond. He brought my shake for me after I had forgotten about it, which really enhanced my dining experience. I also watched him clean tables for several people that were sitting down, and pull up a high chair for a family dining in. Extremely proactive and helpful approach in the dining room. Give this gentleman a raise!

This is one of the busiest In-N-Out restaurants I have ever seen. It seems that there is always a massive crowd craving their food, awaiting the call of their daily order. The quality of food is outstanding for the price and one I simply can't hold back from recommending.
Reliable In-N-Out experience. Lines moved quick despite the crowds. Employees were kind and helpful. Burgers were great as usual. The temperature was spot on and they were juicy.
The shoe string fries, while not my favorite, pleased the fry lovers in the group. A strawberry shake was part of the order and didn’t disappoint.
Very busy location. Some issues with cleanliness in the dining area. To be fair, it was 7:30pm and quite busy.
It was pretty good. It was a little bit longer for my food than the rest of my group, but I also ordered animal fries, so that was the reason it took a little bit longer to make my order. Overall, it was pretty good, though. Would definitely come here more often if I had more money to do so

First time at this chain in 18 years, and only my 2nd time ever. The first time I was in North California. They do not have them where I live.
The price for all items is very resonable.. The food was pretty good (I've had better - I've also had MUCH MUCH worse.) The service was VERY friendly, fast and accurate. The dinning area (and bathroom) was extremely clean and well kept. Actually impressed by how well this restaurant was maintained. I'd come back again without any reservations or concerns.
Consistently good. It is definitely the best value you can find. Everything was as usual yesterday, but when I was handed my to go order, the outside of the bag was smeared with sauce. It was busy. It was lunch rush. Won't keep me from going back.
