I've been to this location more than a few times. In fact, I had my first date here with my now husband. It seems to be a go-to place for lots of people, and is always busy no matter the time of day. Being next to the mall is probably a great location, however it does make parking very difficult as there is no restaurant only parking. I've had servers who have gone above and beyond, and ones that just suck. But here's some feedback from my most recent visit.
This was probably the least busy I had ever seen it, although it was back to normal by the time we left. They originally walked us over to a nice quiet corner with only a few guests, but then told us our table was "taken" and we got sat in with a bunch of large families with kids. This was pretty annoying, but whatever. It is what it is. Our server was okay. She seemed nice, but was pretty spacey and had to be reminded of what we ordered multiple times. Our food came quickly, and she was good about bringing the rolls whenever we were out! I've had the pulled pork before, but not the sandwich. The bun was soft and nicely toasted. It had tons of pork on it, enough for two sandwiches realistically. It was nice and flavorful and enjoyable to eat even without the BBQ sauce. I have a huge texture issue with fatty meat and I've never had an issue with it. The fries were nothing spectacular, just fries. There was a mix of crispy and soggy ones though.
My sister and mom did complain that they were cold. I was fine. I wish they'd add an exit door or expand their entrance/waiting area so it wasn't so difficult to leave.
Excellent food and service. I always thought Texas Roadhouse was too loud for some reason. Sometimes they play music and sound from games and it's too much. Good atmosphere, tho and excellent ribeyes!
When we came here, it was snowing really hard! Oh, memories. But anyway, I really love this place!!
I don't exactly how my husband did our orders but I remember, it was not as expensive as we expected. I think we were able to avail the happy hour or something.. But the food was approve by my taste buds and tummy! 🥰
Received a gift card from a coworker so decided to take #Mum and my husband to #TexasRoadhouse for steak. The restaurant was packed but we didn’t wait to long. We Had some good food. We started with a great Appetizer the #cactusBlossum onion with yummy #cajun sauce. Mum went with the Handcut Sirloin Steak served with a #HouseSalad and baked #SweetPotato which was very well executed, and what she wanted. My Husband and I went for the combo of #RibEyeSteak which was cooked beautifully rare. Served with the half Rack of Ribs which was The weak spot, they were overcooked. So disappointed in them. I guess as a Steakhouse you stick with what you do. For sides I went with a #CaesarSalad and #MashedPotatoes. My husband went for the Caesar Salad as well but opted for the #steakFries . The house made #rolls with yummy butter was a nice accompaniment to the meal. Over all great food with good service amongst the crowded loud restaurant. A great time had by all! #texasroadhouseorem #cactusblossom #ribeyesteak #sirloinsteak
It’s been a while since we’ve been to Texas Roadhouse. The food is good, but not great. The staff here were super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nothing special, but we have no complaints about it.
Ultimately this was what we expected out of Texas Roadhouse. It’s good food and we had a good time with our large group.
We went for a birthday dinner and had a good time. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and the rolls of course were fantastic.
Awesome service! My waiter was very appible and thanked me many times, for choosing to dine there. He visited my table often and kept my iced tea filled, checked on my dinner and condiments. The prime rib was good as well.
Love Tejas Roadhouse!
I’m always a fan of Texas Roadhouse, and this location is great! I love how you can join the waitlist just on google maps, it’s a super easy process and doesn’t require you calling in.
It was busy, but we got in about 10 minutes. (For 2 people) I ordered the 6oz sirloin, ceasar salad, and loaded baked potato. The potato was AMAZING. I would definitely recommend.
They do a great job. It’s a fun environment and great food.
We love Texas Roadhouse. The prices are reasonable, the service is great, and the food is delicious. Our server, Sam was awesome tonight!
This place is always packed! Be sure to call ahead and get your name on the list, especially on weekends.
We usually go here for special occasions - birthdays, anniversaries, kids being away at friends for a couple hours, etc.
I always get the 6oz sirloin with ribs, house salad, and a sweet potato. Add the rolls on top of all that and it's plenty of food to feed any human being to the point of feeling really full. If you have small children (we have 6 year old twins), only order 1 kids meal and split it between the two to save some money.
As some other reviews mention, it is very noisy almost to the point where you have to shout. Because of this, maybe not the best place to take grandma or a business partner if you're hoping to have a great conversation atmosphere. Other than that, it's definitely a 5-star restaurant in Orem.

Fun atmosphere and decor, with music and servers started line dancing. That was fun! The food itself was okay, the ribs were tender but a bit tasteless. The loaded baked potato was really good but the skin had way too much salt, so I didn't eat that part. Prices are high for the food quality.
Quick and good service and amazing fresh rolls. Only Gripe is the music is too loud so its hard to converse if you have 50+ year old ears, it's not a bar or a club.
Steak was excellent, cooked like I wanted medium rare. Loaded Mashed potatoes were tasty as was the house salad with blue cheese.
