So a little about me- I’m that weird person that walks into a sushi place and orders chicken. I don’t eat seafood but I love sushi with cooked chicken or steak! This afternoon I walked in to hand roll sushi and asked to see a menu, they didn’t have any sushi that wasn’t fish. I asked the super nice guy that was helping me if there was any way they were able to make a cooked chicken roll for me. They said yes! I told him some things I liked and told them I trusted them to make me whatever as long as there was no fish. They made me a DELICIOUS chicken roll with avocado, cream cheese, seaweed, sticky rice, and green onions! I topped it off with the sliced ginger and soy sauce that they gave me! Mmm mmm good! They were so nice and so accommodating, I’ll definitely be coming back if they’re willing to make something like that for me every time. Super yum! Definitely need to check them out, such a cute hole in the wall place and nice welcoming ambiance!
