I must say that you have great customer service! I was unhappy with my meal, but you gave me a full refund plus some complimentary food that was MUCH better. (Turns out you were training a new cook, and he wasn’t checking his quality control). Anyway, I appreciate your integrity and your deep desire to make things right.
