Hey your order right at least and the food is usually hot and fresh.. Customer service in the drive thru could use some work and it's the older short Caucasian manager I'm taking about.. He's so rude

My favorite breakfast sandwich is the Ham, egg, and cheese sourdough King. This is Burger King's featured sandwich at the current moment. I recommend swinging by the drive-thru and give it a try. They are still not open inside for dine-in with Covid-19, but things are starting to get back to normal around here. I rate this BK ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5️⃣

The manager wouldn’t let us in the building to take our order and we are driving a 18wheeler we can fit thru the drive thru then on top of that made us stand at the window while everybody keep pulling up to the drive thru intercom

This place might as well shut down. Last 3 times I stopped I had to leave.
Out of burger patties, really....
Broiler down & can only use frier.
Closed before 7 pm.

Full staff plus a few extra people can't seem to get a line of 7 inside the door served & out in leas than 17 mins. I timed it yes bc I only am have 30 minute lunch break so I figured I'd give Burger King a try an since they had a few cars in drive through already I'd run in. Ran in an saw the line of about 5 people an made sure to see if the kitchen was staffed and being productive figured it would not take them long to serve me a whopper an have me in an out, WRONG! No lunch for me today 😒I did buy it an tried to take a bite on my way to work but had no time to eat it bc two managers an a staff of 7 other people couldn't get the line down quicker. Smh 🤦🏽 please do better , we need faster service but I like Burger King burgers
