We went for the fish tacos, but couldn’t get enough of the Pilewski tacos (more like smothered burritos)! They were absolutely amazing! They green chili queso was really good, too.

This is the kind of place where you close your eyes when you take a bite of your food! Amazing tacos washed down with a Gold Margarita and it was lunch heaven. Wait staff extremely friendly, quick and efficient, with no trite, insincere "hi guys. . ." approach that plagues us! Collette took excellent excellent care of us the way we wanted! I would visit the town again just to have the Diablo Tacos again!

We came here on a Sunday and there was a 35 minute wait. Once seated in the outdoor patio area, we were greeted by our server, Brittany. Despite being busy, she was friendly, sweet and attentive. We ordered Jalapeño Poppers, which is a must-order! They were delicious but watch out, they are hot, as in if-you-pop-them-into-your-mouth-the-cream-cheese-will-burn-the-insides-of-your-mouth hot! We ordered cheeseburgers for our boys and they crushed it all! My husband enjoyed his Sante Fe Chili. My daughter ordered a chili cheeseburger. It was served like an open faced sandwich that was generously blanketed with the green chili. I had The Esteban and added avocado slices. I used the salsa verde that came with my kids’s burgers to add a nice kick since they didn’t eat it with their meal. It was a great combination and I thoroughly devoured every bit of it. After eating so well, the kids and I definitely deserved dessert! 😉 Ice cream scoops for the boys, Locally Baked Cherry Pie, and Turtle Pecan Cheesecake for my daughter and I to share. The Cherry Pie was my favorite made with real cherries! (I need to go and check out that bakery!) I would definitely come back here next time we pass through or visit and you should too.
