The best service and French delights anywhere! Such great staff. We had regular entrees served appetizer size! Frog legs, French onion soup, escargot and their fresh pate to die for! Please come to Orange County!

Great food and service. The sand dabs are delicious, as is the veal pot roast. Ordering the French onion soup is well worth it and if you like escargot, theirs are great. This will become one of our regular places!

Very good. Not sure what to expect but was a very good dining experience. The service was great with the chef coming to greet the diners. The food was outstanding - from the rosemary type bread with butter and pate`to our dessert. And the main entre was very, very good (get the frog legs or orange roughy). Yes - we will return.

There were four of us celebrating Restaurant Week and we chose Chez Pierre and we were all delighted with all our choices. I had the gazpacho, followed by amazing sand dabs, and Beignets for desert. Yum! The others in our group had calamari, French onion soup and veal pot roast, profiteroles. Everything was amazing and we will be back. We love Chez Pierre!

Wonderful place. My wife and I have dined here on a numbe of occasions and the food is magnificent. Particularly enjoy the "floating island " dessert which very few French restaurants seem to offer. Service is excellent and Chef/Owner Pierre with his warm and friendly demeanor is right out of central casting as to what you would envision the ideal French chef to be.

Great food, delicious, interesting and beautiful. Staff were very polite, I got a pretty good answer when I asked got a wine reccomendation. Nice atmosphere, it was a little warm in the area I was sitting but the resturant overall was very immrersive.

Traditional French bistro, honest good food, well prepared, friendly services and attention to all details , including the delicious mousse with warm baguette. The chef and owner was there greeting every customer, you don't see that kind of customer service nowadays. The prix fixe menu is absolutely the best value you can get in town.

So yum. Staple in my life. I think they are able to modify / create to accommodate dietary restrictions

My wife is Parisian and my blood is Italian, i grew up in Rome and Paris, for 50 + years we have dined everywhere from Tunisia to Cascais at the tip of Portugal to the north of Italy where the polenta is served directly on a marble table......I say this because although we are local , we have been around and speak 4 languages between us....so when we say that our first visit to Chez Pierre was a wondrous culinary delight with authentic vintage French music , first class service , keen attention by the owners as they glide table to table ( old school ) making sure everyone is is satisfied , trust us , we highly recommend this beautiful establishment , even the valet parking gentleman was kind and very polite We were Immediately charmed by a very lovely hostess who made us feel welcome as we entered and were seated in a cozy corner spot we were Immediately engulfed in a different era of etiquette and old world charm ~ we will be back Indeed. " Vive la france , vive la Republique "

A truly precious find in Palm Desert! The wait staff were professional, warm and welcoming. The food was fabulous; some of the best French food we’ve had since leaving France. We had a really enjoyable, delicious evening. I highly recommend.
