I am a loyal customer for years now & to say in these many years one particular employee has proven to be exceptionally an asset to the company. One employee who does it all at night named Danielle. I would hope that the Arby’s Gods pay her for her worth which can be priceless in these circumstances. Cashier, Cook, Manager & Cleaner all 4 positions with an inviting happy to see you Attitude extruded from Danielle every time I stroll in. When she’s not there it most definitely shows. Maybe I’m wrong but woman have proven themselves to be multitaskers while men get stuck with the thought of two things going on at once!! Thank You Danielle Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!
If you loose this exceptional employee you’ll loose my loyalty of 15 plus years and the loyalties of all my 469 followers that live locally here in the desert. And trust me Indio location is a Arby’s Joke and probably should have Danielle train every employee that steps foot into an Arby’s establishment especially that particular store!!
Beef & Cheddar has never been better

This is a good restaurant to get a quick bite to eat. They currently offer limited dining room seating due to what appears to be remodeling taking place in part of the dining room. But, there's always a place to sit if you're not ordering takeaway.
The restrooms are clean; one dedicated to woman only, the other gender neutral. The food is prepared when you order it versus other fast food chains practices.
The staff have a decent attitude for the most part. They greet you when you walk in the door. They are presentable with a professional look. We enjoy interacting with the evening staff. They are very friendly and accommodating.
If you want extras like condiments, you'll have to ask for them. This is a great practice to curb waste and keep consumer prices down. Definitely try their cherry and apple turnovers. Perfect with your meal or for that decadent, midnight snack later.

Atmosphere has never been great at this location but that's not the business or company's fault that's the city and the people within.
The employees are friendly efficient and polite. Food comes in a fast timely manner and I have no complaints with this location whatsoever.
Food was very good, but employees were not very friendly and the place had a very heavy, old greasy smell. Felt more like you were in a morgue, with no music or life or anything. Just dead silence. Couldn't wait to get out of there,
