Great Burger place with a fusion of Kebabs. Must try if you’re in the area. Just ask to have it cook juicy medium otherwise the burger can be a little dry. Definitely come back to try other burgers and kebabs options.
A good place to get super tasty burgers in Pembroke. We ordered the Pincho and Perfecto burgers. The bread is delicious and soft. And the meat is fresh, juicy, and tasty to perfection. The place has a nice atmosphere and staff are very friendly. Service was fast! We didn’t like that they offer ‘Latin-burgers’ but they are very standard, super tasty, but we didn’t experience any special Latin-uniqueness in taste. Also, burgers and fries are excessively greasy. Other than that, a great place!
From the food to the service Pincho factory was 10 out of 10! Makaio was super friendly and attentive and even recommended my new favorite meal! Would definitely recommend and return again!

My daughter and I have gone here at least once a week for a few years. We love it for take out or dine in. 90% of the time our food is great. A couple of times it was over cooked burger or over seasoned fries. However that’s only 10%. Customer service is great! Very clean.
I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE i usually order on doordash but this time i went inside and it’s super clean in there i walked in right before they close and they still helped me since they were closing they didn’t have beans and i told him it’s okay and he didn’t charge me for my drink. i love them so much their food is sooo good
