Being our first time at Robin, it was nothing short of amazing! Brandon our waiter, was very warming, helpful, and attentive. He gave great insight on the menu choices, the difference in sizes of the burgers, and the most popular item at the time. The food was fresh, hot, and quite delicious! Didn’t get to enjoy the bottomless fries, because the initial serving paired with the burger was quite filling! We will certainly be back on our next cheat day! Way to go Red Robinnnn Yummmm! 😋
Was there with my daughter last night. Our waitress (Alexa I think) was adorable. My burger came out less hot than I would have liked so I asked if they could heat it up. Three separate people came over to the table to apologize for that. One offered to take it off the bill. I said not necessary to do that. Just heat it up a bit. They brought it back (might have been a new one) perfect and we enjoyed our meal. They refilled the salad I had ordered (instead of fries). I didn't expect such nice treatment in a place like that and will definitely go back.

Great place to eat. It was my first time here I had a great time here. Would definitely gonna and eat here with the great food and the best desserts in Florida so far that I've been to. I would highly recommend eating here if you love eating burgers and have enough space for bottomless fries and a desert at the end after you are done eating your main course.
Every other time we have been to this location has been great but today, a Monday around 3 PM, my husband and I came and got two burgers with fries, the onion rings as an appetizer and two yuengling :-) Unfortunately, the bread on our hamburgers was incredibly dry and stale. The bread was literally crumbly. Everything else they served us was very good. The beer was icy, it was so cold.
Good place for a quick lunch. They have a variety of starters, burgers, soft drinks and cocktails. Fast and good service.
I really really loved this place. Carol, the waitress was AWESOME 5 stars to her. I can actually say that she has been the best waitress I have had. ❤️❤️
I went to Red Robin for the first time yesterday with my mother and daughter. It was good. The hostess and the server took a bit longer than expected to greet us (restaurant was not busy at this time), but other than that, we liked it. Food was good; big, beautiful salads presented very nicely. Overall Good Service. We will be back on a Family Night.
Finally, the service was at a good pace. It's undeniable that the menu offered is great but they always struggle with getting you your food in a timely manner. This is the first time we got our food without having to ask "how much longer?". The servers, by the way, have always been very nice.
Another local spot for our family. My kids love it (bottomless fries) Of course being in a busy mall sometimes plays a part in longer waits but never to the point of not coming back. The food has always been good, great burgers, good combo meals and they even have a veggie and vegan burger. Not a bad place the eat at with family and friends.
Delicious burgers and so many choices! We all loved it. I was afraid my burger would be too well done because I normally order it medium rare and the restaurant will only do medium as their rarest, but it was juicy and delicious. Will definitely be back!
I had known about Red Robin for a very long time but had never been to one until about 10 days ago, when I went for the first time with my family. I have been 2 more times since then, which should tell you how much I liked it.
I went straight for the Red Royal burger, which has egg, bacon and cheese on it. It is fantastic! It is also the reason I went again... twice. My kids and girlfriend had other food items (burgers, mac and cheese, salad) and everything was really good, except the kid's pizza, which my daughter did not like the time she ordered it. Prices are higher than a fast food burger joint, but I guess on par with other restaurants that server "gourmet" burgers, like Chili's, Fuddruckers, etc. The service the three times I've been there has been decent. Nothing to write home about but okay. Overall, I like the place and the food very much, my kids and girlfriend do, too, and we will probably continue to go on a somewhat regular basis.
This was my first time at Red Robin and will positively return. Great atmosphere excellent service and the food was awesome. I had a burger/fries cooked perfectly. Son had chicken and fries he ate it all. Daughter salad and turkey burger she said salad was fresh loved the Ranch dressing. Turkey burger was cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly and came by often to see if we were doing okay. Can't wait for my second visit.
