I first tried Marcos Pizza when a friend ordered and really enjoyed it so I decided to order tonight. I placed the order online and thought I had the right location so I was very surprised to find that they did not have my order when I arrived. They called the other location and said that they did not have the order either and asked for my confirmation which I found did not come through. While I was a bit unhappy and perplexed about it, the manager, Lashon, said that they would make the order for me anyway based on my word that I had paid for the order. I then went on my iPad and pulled up my bank site which showed the charge had went through. I find the previous review a bit harsh. Obviously there are some issues with the online ordering system as it appears that the same issue happened to us both. Yes, it was an inconvenience and yes, I will probably call in my order in the future rather than go online, but the fact is, they were very accommodating and concerned with resolving my issue. That and the fact that the pizza was awesome, deserve five stars from me!
