This is one of Pensacola’s best country style cooking I have had. I ordered the chicken and dumplings along with coleslaw and green beans. All were excellent fast service. The location is nice and large!!! Update: I went back and had the best experience!! Russ seated us and took our drink order quickly. Shortly after our waitress took our order. Russ’s service did not stop there, he continually joked and made sure the service was excellent. The chicken and dumpling was great like I remembered! The coleslaw was out of this world as well!!

I visit pensacola often and find their food and service as good as anywhere in the area. Their grilled and fried shrimp are as good or better than the super expensive seafood restaurants. Also, perhaps a small point, but one of the few places where I will eat chicken gizzards !

Always great, never had a problem here. Good southern food, plenty of gravy which I love, as I'm from England...…. gravy is what we love. Only thing missing is beer, but that's ok.. food and service is well worth it.
