11/10- This was my first time at this location and I was really impressed. It is located near the highway and hospital πŸ₯ Great place for this location. Walked in and was greeted by the staff. Definitely was expensive spent $175 for 5 people ( pizza πŸ•, game cards, & drinks, & wings). Expect to pay πŸ’° for your enjoyment. I would say it was clean 🧼 until the crowd started rolling in and staff got behind on cleaning. A few dirty tables and trash was overflowing. Games was working well. The family did enjoy their time playing and food was good. 😊 I highly recommend definitely good for ages 3- 10.

We had a great day here! Perfect for my 2 and 4 year old. The service was excellent. Lauren was wonderful and really made the place feel welcoming. Very clean and all the games were in working order. Will be back again

Had an issue with the kiosk first thing, however, management took care of me within 10 minutes! They were able to do my points and card registration there at the register and they applied the refund from the kiosk so we were able to walk away and start playing. I'm not a fan of the new point system which is why I don't give five stars because that's the Chuck e cheese error in general... But this is a great location! The improvements are obvious when you walk in the new party area in the back looks way better than it used to when I was a kid and there was just a general good vibe. All the kids running around and playing - my daughter won 500 tickets and walked out with the nice little prize. We had a large pepperoni pizza between three people and still had some left over. It was a little pricey for the food but that's okay. A large pizza and three drinks is $30 anywhere you go. It was a great experience. Will definitely go back with the step kids next time!
