Not only is the ice cream delicious but the people who work there are so inviting! The woman who helped us name is Mia and she was welcoming, nice and personable! And my kids really enjoyed watching the ice cream be made! The flavors we had were cheesecake, praline, oreo and birthday cake. They all were delicious but the praline was the best! We will definitely return! The $30 on ice cream was worth it!

Their ice cream is fantastic, and watching the rolling prices is very unique. My favorite flavor on the normal menu is the Gentilly. There are weekly specials one time flavor to keep me coming back, and one of them was my absolute favorite, the Ponchatoula Strawberry Shortcake Roll, but it was only available for five days unfortunately.

It was a pretty cool experience. It's always nice to see a new presentation on ice cream. The staff was polite, understanding that the process is cool to us but probably pretty routine to them, allowed pictures and video, constantly asked questions on if you would like more ingredients like subway, all in all this is a great place to experience.
