The pretzels I brought home from Philly were a big hit!!

I’m not sure who answered the phone when I called but I wish I did so I could shout out their fantastic customer service. I had never ordered from here and had a bunch of questions on placing a large order for NYE party. This guy took time explaining the best way to order and store the pretzel. Upon picking the order up the woman ringing us up was really helpful and warm. Great shop! Great service!

My ex and I were strolling towards Taco Bell for some dessert after a romantic dinner at Wendy's. All of a sudden, I noticed this sign in front of the Philadelphia Pretzel Factory. 15 pretzels for $5. I just couldn't resist. I had one and my ex had the rest. What a treat just before dessert!
