Worthy Community Professional Inc

By appointment only NO exceptions no matter what other people tell you. I'm impressed! Everyone is very professional and helpful. Even the officer at the passport office that I snapped at spoke to me calmly and with care. I was having a very rough day so I appreciate his understanding.

The Customs House is a beautiful part of the Philadelphia skyline. The Passport agency is located inside, I don’t think you can access without an appointment but if you do don’t forget to look up in the main lobby!

I went in to get an expedited passport renewal. The entry staff were prompt and professional. Everyone was extremely helpful even though my situation was non-conventional (wasn't the normal reasons for expedition). Leslie in particular was an absolute angel. She was beyond kind and thoughtful, and helped me through the process. I made an appointment ahead of time and highly recommend it due to the very long lines for the walk-ins. Thanks so much again to Leslie!

The U.S. Custom House is a beautiful building. The staff were polite and professional. My wife mentioned that the ladies' restroom was located in an inconvenient location far from the passport office. (The mens' restroom was much closer.) Considering that going to the restroom can easily mean losing one's place in line, the ladies' restroom should be moved closer to the passport office.
