Went by today for lunch with a friend. I love that their tables are all covered and service was pretty fast and the staff was nice. The water ice was delicious especially the strawberry lemonade flavor and the beef patties! Plan to come back to try some other food items.

Oh course they have amazing fun water ice flavors though lately I’ve been opting for the ice cream. All ice cream isn’t created equal but Fred is definitely on to something. Fred’s is on par with a creamery if that’s your jam, so why take that drive when you can stop here! When I’m passing through the city and avoiding “grocery store brand” ice cream I always stop by and get a large cup mixed with a topping or two. My taste buds are satisfied and my digestive system is happy.
