The muffins were really fresh. My coffee was perfect and the girl at the window was very friendly.. I do miss being a good low to sit inside but their drive thru service is definitely on point. Quick and correct !

It was the Only doughnut..that we'd order Multiples of..on a regular basis..

Place hit a new low today . Placed mobile order and got an order number. Went to pick up and was told No Order . Went to pickup window and showed order confirm to the worker who once again yells " No Order " . Didn't offer to redo or take an order . Just blew me off. So I gotta big cup of nothing. If you hate your job that much do yourself and the public a favor and move on . America can't run on your idea of Dunkin.

There is absolutely no consistency in the quality of the coffee at this Dunkin Donuts. The coffee tasted burnt, tangy and the bottom of the pot. This is not the first time that the coffee has not been good. If I did not have a gift card for the place I would stop giving them my money. Also, the prices went up on the Turkey Sausage wake up wraps. The deals are gone for 2022 its time to start brewing our own coffee.

The new people working there Wednesday nights are rude and awful. All I asked for was a cup of water with my coffee (which I did before with no problem) and I was asking for the world. Will be going to a different location from now on.

What's with the drive thru. Waiting 20 minutes is ridiculous. Get a staff and open up already. Stop being cheap and bring the employees back. Nobody wants to hear you can't find people because if it was a good job you would have somebody. I've practically stopped going to Dunkin Donuts when all they do is use the drive thru.
