Reviews of Kfc

I have a large family so my bill is always heavy. I went through the drive thru and of course I checked my order before pulling off. I was given 3 biscuits instead of the 6 I paid for. I went inside and explained what happened. Whomever told me she packed the bag herself I was wrong. So basically I was lying. I spent $60 on food. Why in the heck would I steal 3 biscuits. I won't be going back. Always check your bag.

Horrible experience with this store due to them not giving me all of my food and didn’t give me my receipt either. When my aunt tried to go in there to resolve the issue, they gave her a hard time about it and refused to give her the food nor a refund. It’s not our fault the kfc associates didn’t do their job and hand me the receipt and food I paid for in the first place. The food I got was disgusting anyway so don’t waste your money here. Go to wawa instead, at least you will get good service.

This place is filthy on the outside and the inside. If you have 30 to 40 minutes to spare, then feel free to dine-in because it will take that long for the employees to take your order. Then add another ten to 15 minutes for your order to be completed. This was not a good experience, not a good location, and I will not ve visiting or recommending anyone visit this location.

Not sure if this firm even deserves 1 star. Be aware, this has happened to us several times at the drive though. Count your chicken, before you drive away, example, if you order 8 pc, they will give you seven or they will give you 7 pcs plus 1 very small piece becuse the claim its grilled? Whats the difference, your paying for a piece of chicken, not a Dog Treat. If you purchase a bowl and ask for extra gravy, they cannot even do that, they just dont do it. This is a penny pinching establishment. I wonder what the Colonel Sanders would think? This is just terrible business.
