I went through the drive-thru and the young woman at the window was friendly and efficient, the food was hot and what I needed in that moment and the timing was fast. As a frequent visitor to Williams, this McDonald's serves as a beacon to travelers providing consistently friendly service and hot meals.

After I was having a super horrible day, Sidel took my order and payment. He was so kind and his smile genuinely made me feel a little bit better. He greeted me so kindly and To be honest in today's world, sometimes just seeing a friendly person smile can help take away from the stress of life. I appreciate the staff at this location. Even the lady who handed me my food smiled and was genuinely friendly. Thank you!
