I am currently in the restaurant I never experienced such blatant racism as I have this evening with my sons and I. The manager Gerardo is simply despicable and being brown himself he should be more empathetic not to mention he's the general manager. Our food was cold, our waitress was rude and slow a very unattentive to our table I had to ask another lovely gentleman for everything that we have thus far. We frequent Bob Evans as it's a great family establishment, currently I am questioning that decision. All of our chicken dinners have had to be remade as they were raw and pink inside. They remade the meat but not the sides. The only time the general manager said anything to us after being in the restaurant for an hour was when he offered to take our plates as if he was just ushering us to hurry out the door. I am floored in the treatment. Never again look at the remade chicken it's burned. As you see no sides. All of this was remade food. I'm so disgusted and disappointed. Good luck if you're Brown and going to Hill Rd N in Pickerington Ohio.

My wife and I stopped in after church to get a bite and visit. We got a booth in the corner next to the window. Let me just say that we enjoyed our time together here. Wives really need their husbands to let them know that when they are together that they will be and are safe. That the husband is a safe haven.

We used to frequently order the family meals for ourselves and for family gatherings. We ordered a couple pot roast family dinners for Mother's day and when we started serving the food, we were shocked at how much the portion was reduced while increasing the price. If you order the fork tender pot roast, you'd better really like carrots because that's mostly what you'll get. I guess that's why they give you so much bread now, to fill you up.

Ordered a meal for my family at curbside pickup. The potatoes were cold (not even Luke warm) cold. We got a family order of country fried steak. They didn’t put gravy in the bag for country fried steak. Was very disappointed that when I called the person told me that you have to order extra gravy for those. They don’t come with gravy. Absolutely a lie or undertrained answering the phone. The picture on the online menu shows gravy. Absolutely disappointed with the meal. Quick service, but next time can you please give me everything I order and maybe cook my potatoes. Thanks.

Ordered a decent size order and when I went to pick up my order it was running about 45 minutes late.. portions for my chicken finger meals had like 10 fries in there then to top it off I never received my whole pie that I ordered... I will be stopping by tomorrow to speak to them about it. I feel for the workers because u can tell they was short staffed but just makes you not want to order again..

2-25-2022 , I went in to pick up my order which I was on time for (12:49 pm) and the old hunchback didn’t greet me and says “dining in ?” i say no i have a online order and she goes “well pick up line is over there”, I proceeded to walk to the line and wait and then she goes “oh did you pay online because it could be over there on that table” so i walk to the table and she goes “and make sure you read the names carefully i don’t want you to pick up the wrong bag”. I get my food and everything is lukewarm at best and my cappuccino was lukewarm as well. This doesn’t typically happen to me when I come in here with my family so I was very disappointed in the service and when I spoke with the manager gio about the whole thing he just brushed it off and didn’t tell me i was getting my stuff remade until i’m waiting at the counter for a few minutes to tell me it’s gonna be another 10 minutes and the girl at the counter was trying to tell me I was wrong about the cappuccino because she made it like it wasn’t lukewarm ?! Anyways awful service experience especially with being a manager myself, the situation was very unprofessionally handled.

Horrible not only did it take an hr to get water but only one cup of coffee. Then when the food finally came out it was barley Luke warm. To add food not being the full order. The waitress not only paid more attention to her other tables but had an attitude. Experience was the worst...
