Best experience ever! Jimmy the manager was so nice and accommodating for us! Then stopped by our table to make sure we were happy (which we were because of him) and had everything we needed. We didn’t mean to be needy customers, but we kind of were. Jaelyn was our waitress and she was also amazing! She was attentive and always had a smile on her face. Both of them should be recognized for going above and beyond for their customer service! Our entire experience was wonderful because of them. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

Heavily understaffed for a Friday night and they should have given our waitress help for our party of 25. Not only did she have our party but she had other tables as well. Every time I looked around to see if management could help her, they were walking around with a tablet in their hand looking at tables. However, our waitress KILLED it and got us everything that we requested. She was a star!! Food was good and it all came out at the same time.

Passing thru after traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway and was looking for a relaxing outdoor patio that allowed dogs. Margarittaville was the place, the staff was so welcoming and the patio was perfect for our fur baby. It took longer than what we expected to get our food but it was all great when it came out.
