I love working here place. GM makes ice cream homemade. I love making cookies, decorating cookies, making ice cream for customers. Meeting new people come in. Employees here are friendly work with. Very nice and friendly. Sam and Ann they are awesome.

Our experience here was great! We ordered cookies and an ice cream. The guy working there was welcoming & attentive. Fast, great service and the sweets are excellent! We highly recommend getting dessert here!

The system was down, a disgruntled and belligerent woman came in while my family was placing a cake order. The guy behind the counter was a star in customer service. We were able to place our order and leave with ease. However, this woman starts hassling the guy behind the counter because the system was down. Something which was quite obviously not his fault. She starts asking for a manager and acting extremely rudely. I am leaving this review because the cake is the only thing I ever ask for on my birthday and the guy working handled her and her husband very well. I tried to say something kind to calm her down a bit, but she turned on me and my family including a 2 year old as if she were under the influence. We left as we had finished our business and can't wait for my cake. I will continue to bring my business here and I wanted to make sure the guy behind the counter gets the credit he deserves for handling such a terrible customer.
