Great service and even better food. This is coming from someone who isn't a huge ramen fan. Tried the pork wonton ramen. The soup had great flavor and the wontons were melt in your mouth tender. Will be going back and would recommend!

The food here is absolutely outstanding. The salt and pepper tofu delighted diners with me that hate tofu. It's salty, and creamy, and crunchy, and delightful. The chicken on a stick is brilliant. Marinated for 24hrs, then deep fried with the red curry still on it. It's played with hands down the best peanut sauce I've ever had. The spicy Karaage chicken is crunchy, and spicy, but not too, and just perfect. Remember the lettuce on this dish isn't just garnish. And the lettuce wraps are awesome. Great texture, delicious sauce. Have had all of ramen, it's all really nicely developed broth. The other ingredients are fresh, and cooked beautifully. They don't make their noodles in house, but they use hands down the best damn noodles money can buy, and it shows. Lastly, I had the General Tso's. Now, I have had general Tso's in hundreds of place, in over half of the US. It's my favorite American Chinese food. Theirs is as close to perfect as it gets. It's got an incredibly rich, deep sauce; the szichuan peppers are cooked properly and not gummy and inedible; the broccoli, a deep green hue in contrast to the burgundy sauce, is steamed just right with tons of crunch, and the chicken is of the highest quality, and cooked very well. The service was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the sparkling clean open kitchen was rad. Hands down the best ramen in Pittsburgh, and some of the best I've ever had.

I think this place is great. I've sat at the bar each time and had good food and good service. The people who complain about $15 for Ramen must be comparing it to the 50 cent crap you get in bulk packages at a supermarket and make me shake my head.
