Love this place!!! Never disappointed with anything I order and I like they have low cal options on their menu.
The good was great services was ok but the hostess was so unprofessional with toothpick hanging out of her mouth and had no personality it like she was reading a script and we better not bug her
We had an amazing experience even though they were short staffed and our waitress decided to walk out.... however the manager and the new waiter were amazing, they made this a great evening... there couldn't have been more apologizing and what a great team they pulled together and go things done.. we will be back, Thanks TgiFridays
Absolutely great experience! Brandon was amazing and I will always ask for him when I come back. Very knowledgeable and helpful with menus and gave us countless facts about the restaurant that were so cool!
Great food and good service. As soon as I walked into the restaurant there was someone there to greet me and get me seated. No long waits. The server always came back to my table to see if I needed a refill on my drinks and to see if I needed anything else.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. They frequently change up the menu while keeping old faves. They will accommodate any special diet requirements. I've never had a bad meal or experience, been going to this location since it opened.
Edit: After not visiting this location for about 6 months, returned to a very disappointing menu and food yesterday. The menu selection was drastically cut back. None of our favorites were on there anymore, so we settled for safe bets with chicken. Nope.
The celery with my wings was all dried up and brown on the edges. The wings from the freezer section at the store are better.
The chicken sandwich was disgusting and thrown together. On top of it being a disappointing lunch, we both got sick.
What happened?!?
Good food and the current holiday deals are a steal. Our service was great the bill was only $40 for two to eat steak and shrimp left me plenty to leave my server a double digit tip which she earned every penny of. She checked back quickly and on multiple occasions, she was bright and friendly and very good at a tough job.
Great service, friendly atmosphere, delicious food! I'm a server, so I tend to be a bit harsher a judge, when eating out. I notice more than others would and look for things, that those who don't work in the food service industry, don't necessarily catch. I went in with my sister and a young gentleman who was done working, waiting for his ride, went ahead and seated us ans went to get a server, bcuz others were busy. He didn't have to do that seeing as he was off the clock. Our server was amazing and helpful, had good knowledge of the menu and drinks, was willing to go that extra mile to accommodate her guests. They weren't busy but that did not affect our service at all, some times when it's slow, service can be 100× worse than if it were busy. That wasn't the case here and I was very pleased... it was a great end to a fun day with my sister!! Thank you TGI Fridays for your great service and even better food!
Had not been to TGI Fridays. I had the Whiskey Glazed 6oz Sirloin. Wow...the sauce was sweet and had a little heat to it. Such a balance of great flavors! Great atmosphere and great selection of menu items. A little high priced, but it was a great meal.
Best lunch in a long time. The salad was real good and the soup was perfect. The onion rings were great too. I took them home for later instead of letting my daughter take them. Does that make me a bad mom?
