Great food. The guys will hook you up. I have never had anything bad there, though there's a few things I haven't tried. I like how everything is flavorful without adding any sauce, but there are great BBQ sauces to add in too. I go for the brisket,, green beans (yummy but not what you are expecting!) and mac and cheese, sometimes the beans. Generous portions always fresh and consistently good. Don't miss it in when you are in Joliet or just passing through. Easy on/off interstate 55!

We recently got married and used Baby Back Blues for our catering. Every step of the way was smooth and everyone was so helpful. Marisa did an amazing job of being in contact with us and executed the perfect setup for our day. We had the waitstaff for serving and cleanup and they went above and beyond! We can't thank you guys enough for everything! And of course the food was outstanding, everyone said it was amazing! I highly recommend Baby Back Blues for any of your catering needs.

Fantastic!! We hired Baby Back Blues to cater our wedding and the food was amazing! We didn't have a 2nd choice because we were 100% sold at the tasting. Marisa provided us a sampling of the entire menu and even gave us food to take home. This might be the best BBQ I've ever had. Every guest complimented us on the food and asked us the name and location of the restaurant. In addition, they arrived early to set up and accommodated our needs to bus tables and wash our dishes (additional fee). Total professionals!
